1. Service Description

FastCarousel ("the Service," "we," "us," or "our") is an AI-powered, web-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that enables users to generate social media carousel content. The Service is operated by FastCarousel and accessible at fastcarousel.com. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under 18 years of age, you represent that you have your parent or legal guardian's consent to use the Service. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are operated by individuals who do not meet the minimum age requirement.

3. Subscription Plans and Pricing

FastCarousel offers the following subscription tiers:

  • Free — $0/month. Includes 2,000 credits per month.
  • Creator — $6/month. Includes 22,000 credits per month.
  • Pro — $14.49/month. Includes 65,000 credits per month.

All paid subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment processor, Paddle. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' prior notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

4. Credits System

The Service operates on a credit-based usage model. Credits are consumed each time you generate a carousel. The cost of each generation is calculated as follows:

  • Base cost: 70 credits per generation
  • Per slide: 15 credits per slide
  • Per image: 80 credits per image included
  • Prompt enhancer: 30 credits (if enabled)

Credits reset at the beginning of each monthly billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period and have no cash value. Credits are non-transferable between accounts. You may not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer credits to any third party.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate, distribute, or promote content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable under applicable law
  • Produce spam, unsolicited advertising, or bulk content intended to mislead or deceive
  • Resell, sublicense, or provide access to the raw API or underlying AI generation capabilities of the Service to third parties
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or other means to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable usage or circumvents rate limits
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code, system prompts, or model weights used by the Service
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its underlying infrastructure

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of the carousels and content you generate using the Service. You grant FastCarousel a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

Our Platform: The Service, including its design, code, system prompts, algorithms, branding, trademarks, and all related intellectual property, is and remains the exclusive property of FastCarousel. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the Service beyond the limited right to use it in accordance with these Terms.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The content generated by the Service is produced by artificial intelligence models and is provided on an "as-is" basis. AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, errors, or content that is unsuitable for your intended purpose. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all generated content before publishing or distributing it. FastCarousel does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, originality, or appropriateness of any AI-generated output.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

  • Violation of these Terms or any applicable law
  • Non-payment of subscription fees
  • Abusive, fraudulent, or otherwise harmful conduct
  • Upon your request to delete your account

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any unused credits at the time of termination are forfeited and are not refundable. We may, at our discretion, retain or delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

FastCarousel does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected. We make no guarantees regarding the quality, accuracy, or reliability of any output generated by the Service.

IN NO EVENT SHALL FASTCAROUSEL, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FastCarousel and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Service at least 14 days prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
